Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days for exchange, credit or refund.
Shoes and bodywear must not have been worn and must be in their clean, original condition. All items must be returned in the manufacturer's original packaging such as shoes in the original boxes and bodywear in the original bags.
Shoe boxes should not be damaged or have writing on them. Please do not use the the shoe box as actual shipping crate. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for ruined shoe boxes.
When returning or exchanging items, please be sure to include the bottom part of your packing slip and check the appropriate reason box.
Package your items with the bottom part of your packing slip and send it to:

For your convenience, a return label is attached to the bottom left hand corner of your packing slip. We suggest that you either ship your return via UPS or insure your package thru USPS.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to process your return.
If you wish to expedite your exchange, you may call us toll-free at 1.800.33.DANCE to place your exchange order by phone. We will ship the new items, and then refund your credit card when we receive your return.
Shipping and handling is not refundable.
There is a flat $6 reshipping charge for exchanged items. International exchanges are charged based on the actual shipping rate.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: Special Order items not listed in the catalog or on the website; Sale or Clearance Items; Lotions or Balms; Thongs or Panties; CD, DVD, VHS, or Cassette tapes that have been opened (or removed from plastic wrap).
Dance Distributors is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit back to us.
