The only reversible gel pad designed with a specially formulated non-silicone polymer on one side, and a unique knitted seamless fabric liner on the other. This exclusive combination of gel and fabric cushions & protects the foot from shock and impact - yet is thin enough to feel the floor. They can be cut to size and lightly dusted with talcum or baby powder before use. Hand wash and air dry. SM fits up to size 4 Pointe Shoe, ML fits sizes 4.5 and up.
